General Conditions and Responsibility

1.JC Travel & Cruise Shall uses its best effort for arranging and planning the tour itinerary and hotel accommodation.

2.Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before the tour departure, JC Travel & Cruise reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour, and any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participants.

3.No refund shall be given for any portions of the package unused by the participant of his/her own accord.

4.Should political upheavals, bad weather conditions or the like arise, local agents conducting the tour reserve the right to alter the itinerary as necessary, any additional expanses incurred shall be charged to the participants.

5.Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs laws and regulations. JC Travel & Cruise will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

6.JC Travel & Cruise accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour.

Travel Insurance

1. JC Travel & Cruise strongly recommended and advise that all tour members should have trip cancellation, medical, hospital and baggage insurance.

2.  JC Travel & Cruise act as an agent for suppliers of    transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations, all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and JC Travel & Cruise shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

1.Deposit of  $200.00 per person must be paid at the time of reservations, and the balance must be paid 21 days prior to departure date. Failure to comply with deposit and final payment requirement will result in automatic cancellation of your reservations and penalty on cancellation will apply. Once tour confirmed, deposit paid will be 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.When you make reservation, please confirm your passport name. Once tickets issued, penalty will apply.

3.Cancellation policy

  a. All cancellation or change should be in written and must be received by mail, E-mail or fax.

  b. The following fee will be charged accordingly when you decided to withdraw your reservations. 

  c. No refund available on departure day and/or after the journey has commenced (including denied or rejected by Immigration department or Custom of destination)

   d. No refund or reimbursement for any voluntary giving up of meals, tours and/or accommodations.   

   e. Since Air tickets, transportations, accommodations and meals have to be arranged in advance during high season (Chinese, American or other country’s holidays), no departure date change is allowed. No refund available on departure date change and/or cancel booking.

 Visa Applications

1. Participants should be responsible to arrange for his/her own visa requirement for traveling to the destination country.

2. Participants are responsible to obtain the proper travel document and all passports must remain valid for at least 6 months priors the scheduled return date from the trip

3. JC Travel & Cruise may help participants to obtain visa for the travel but will not be hold responsibility if the visa application have been rejected or delayed for travel.

Tour Fare Includes

1. All meals, sightseeing, economy class round trip air tickets and items as specified in the itineraries.

2. Hotel accommodations are based on one room sharing for 2 adults. (Single room must be applied with surcharge)

3. Allow one luggage not exceeding 44 Lbs. and one carry-on for each person.

4. Children between 2-11 years old must share room with at least 2 adults with twin base except children paying full fare can share room with 1 adult. Infant under 2 years old pay 15% of the adult fare. Triple discount is not applicable. 

Tour Fare Does Not Includes

1. Phone call, beverage, laundry, travel insurance and all purely personal incidental and/or items not specified in the itinerary.

2. Optional tours.

3. Tipping for local guides, drivers, and tour escort.

4. Airport taxes or other related.

5. Visa application fees.
